The Peckham Pelican- the cool 30's bar and caf? hewn out of the iconic 30's building next to the fire station in Peckham Road- is kindly hosting an evening of pre-Edinburgh comedy shows FREE.

With Charmian 'Huggers' Hughes, Sarah Campbell, Grainne Maguire and Jessica Fostekew. So If you have ever pressed your nose forlornly against the steamed up windows of the Peckham Pelican wishing you could be as cool as the vibrant art students sipping ironic beers and black coffees within and go inside yourself, well now is your chance, cos as you know, comedy trumps every cool movement there is. Yeah!
