Guttering cleaning & repair - recommendations please

As it pours down once again I'm reminded that we need some help to fix guttering at the side of our house that is leaking badly (and now causing damage to window sills and brickwork below).

Would like someone with common sense and a can do attitude. It's down the side return of our standard Victorian house.
