Recommendation needed: made to measure curtains

One of my friends is blind and wants someone to come to her home with fabric samples etc for her and her boyfriend to choose from and then have curtains made to measure using that fabric. The in-shop services (e.g. John Lewis) are difficult for her. Does anyone have a recommendation please?
