The Bread of Life Cafe in Barry Road is now serving gluten free products;- Sausage & mash, Mushroom quiche, All butter short bread and Cup cakes.

I haven't been to Bread of Life for ages but popped in the other day and was really impressed ,apart from now doing delicious coffee , I saw they were doing a weightwatchers breakfast - forgotten details of course but it gave how many points it was and obvs was stuff like poached egg ,grilled bacon .

I thought it was a brilliant idea .
