Telephone cable knowledgeable engineer/person needed

Need telephone cable currently lodged in window frame moved so we can install new windows. Can anyone recommend an engineer or someone who knows about telephone cables?

It'll probably need the cable extended and put it under the door or drill another whole through wall or something.

I didn't want to mess around with it as I don't know enough about telephone wiring.

V grateful for any suggestions.
