citylover
Hello all, has anyone here had to confirm their boundary? I want to do that before doing an extension and although ne and my neighbour have a dividing wall I need to be sure that it is on the boundary line. Not sure who does this, architectural surveyors? Any idea how much it costs? Sorry if this is a stupid question, there is a first time for everyone! Salsaboy
Have you tried the Land Registry? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/45375-professional-to-help-confirm-property-boundary/#findComment-754140 Share on other sites
citylover
I did look at the land registry, I can't remember exactly what it said as it was a while ago, but I just remember that it didn't give me the exact information I needed, I think that is the case in a lot of cases. I will be speaking to an architect about the extension so I will ask him as well.
