Butchery master class, 5 course feast and wine @ The Clock House, 4th of July

To help us celebrate the 4th of July at the Clock House our friends at Flock & Herd will be carrying out a butchery demo and master class for our guests and also collaborating with our head chef to produce a five-course tasting menu using different cuts of an Essex Old Spot pig.


As it's 4th of July, our menu will have a strong influence from our friends across the pond. :)


Charlie Shaw is the founder of Flock & Herd Butchery and is a young, highly skilled butcher with a wide range of butchery knowledge from product selection right through to his award winning sausage making.
