New Cleaner Wanted

I am looking for a cleaner in the East Dulwich area for 3-4 hours every other week including ironing.

This is the 3rd time looking for a cleaner in the past 6 months for 2 main reasons: -

Unreliable

Cleaning was not very good

Any recommendations for a reliable cleaner who is very good at cleaning?
