Tuesday June 3rd at ORTUS learning and events centre 82-96 Grove Lane, SE5 8SNCome and celebrate one year of the ORTUS learning and events centre at our Well-being Taster Day on Tuesday June 3rd featuring a range of therapies and activities to benefit health and well-being, all free for everybody to try!Come and try free tasters of Indian Head Massage, Acupuncture, Ayurvedic Medicine, Chiropractory and Indian Head Massage at various times throughout the day from 10-4pm in the Mezzanine area at ORTUS. Drop in on our free lunchtime well-being classes in our downstairs Connect space:11.45-12.15 Zen Yoga with Mark Westmoquette from Zen Yoga CamberwellZen Yoga emphasises physical alignment, the flow of energy in the body and awareness of the body. No experience or musical knowledge needed. A group activity that will uplift, relax and provide tools for voice production and well-being. It has been described as ?bringing one?s complete attention to the present experience on a moment-to-moment basis."
