I would appreciate any recommendations re a building company to take on a major building task which involves extending our house at ground first floor and redoing an attic conversion which was done 30 years+ ago without Dulwich estate approval. I've seen local houses with work being done by Tony Pestana and Mid Kent Homes and wonder if anyone has experience of these companies or recommendations of others that could take on this major challenge.
