Ted Max
Two posts, Tony. Hardly long running. But fair enough. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4484-touch-not-the-unread-threads-that-are-red/#findComment-144711 Share on other sites
*Bob*
All of the above, plus:'Things that have made me laugh', unless the last poster is specifically someone who makes me laugh. 'Goose Green - Fence to be removed' (say no more.. please)Any recommendations for home hairdressing (I tend to read the 'not recommended' ones though)And I only read the 'EDF drinks' thread after the event, so I can keep an eye on who's gone that little bit more bald since the last drink-up. mockney piers
Song Game, Word Association, Badminton Anyone. The Quiet Room has died something of a death has it not?In main area, Magnolia, Heber school, Housing market threads ad nauseum (unless latin has been banned on the forum). Ted Max
Come on, the Goose Green fence thread is fantastic stuff. It's Mark's version of the labour of Sisyphus. Asset
The Quiet Room was laugh out loud hilarious for a short while.Word Assoc. Song Game. Football Focus. Music Room. DarkRoom. *Bob*
I almost forgot.."Let's create a limerick" was the all-time low. The late Alan Dale had the best word on that, but his post has probably gone awol since he decided to go all Keyser Soze on us. Brendan
The limerick thread has produced a few gems. Very few admittedly but they were funny nonetheless.Everyone seems to avoid the cricket thread except Ted, Peckhamgatecrasher and occasionally Keef, Mockney and Mamora Man. Ted Max
I was going to mention L?mer?ck thread. But took pity, and it's not on the front page anymore. "Any women with a brain, no life, and own trousers" has potential too. DaveR
Pretty much everything in the 'Family Room'. I do have a family but evidently I'm not that interested. The name is also a bit off putting - I visualise a room full of broken toys and smelling of dirty nappies with a machine selling weak coffee in inadequate plastic cups. Moos
Song Game, Word Association are the top 2 offenders for me, mostly because they never leave the front page.Football Focus, Badminton, Squash, DarkRoom - just not my kind of thing.Quiet Room - RIP (sigh)The whole of Residential Property, obviously.99.94% of Wanted, Offered and Recommendations80.34% of The Family Room because it's basically just W,O&R - but there are a few good threads in there, and it's new so hopefully will get more interesting than just selling things and babiesMost of What's On because I never get to go out, bah humbugAnything about housing value, yawny yawn.Any threads about being a parent in ED and the furore and hurt feelings that always resultAny of the 'curtain twitching' threads ("Ooh, saw a blue light in SquintHarder Street last night, what happened?")
