Wednesday's Yoga for Teens is ON at Victor's Lab, Peckham!

Hi all,

Yoga for teens will stil be running tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5pm-6pm at Victor's Lab, Bussey Building, 133 Rye, Lane, Peckham! If your teen is feeling a little stressed with all of the exams and revision, it's a great opportunity to unwind and blow off some steam. We cover the main sun salutations, standing postures, partner yoga and a long relaxation - all set to music.

Yoga for teens is every Wednesday and the first session is free (?3 thereafter) - tell them to grab a friend and come down for some laughs and relaxation!

  AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage. Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry. That will explain the high costs. Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like. Local schools do them as well. We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden. Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
