YOGA WEEKEND WORKSHOP 21/22 June 3 SPACES

Last week of early bird discount. See below.

The theme is "Exploring the Chakra System" and will be run by Janet Evans and Chrissie Cunningham. Details attached.

The course aims to enhance and deepen your yoga practice and offer a practical and informative guide for everyday living.....Ancient wisdom for modern living.

Janet has been a Viniyoga teacher for nearly 20 years and her approach to the chakra system will be from a purely yoga perspective, whereas Chrissie comes from a Chinese Medicine/Kabbalah background and adds different layers referring to various ancient Eastern and Western traditions.

As well as sharing the teachings on each chakra we shall be teaching yoga practice related to each chakra, including postures, beathing techniques, sounds, meditation and visualisation.

We can issue a certificate of attendance as this course will count as CPD for the BWY (Janet is an IST teacher) and other professional organisations.

The course will be held at Goose Green Clinic in East Dulwich and will cost ?150. A ?50 deposit is required to secure your place, the rest payable by/at the start of the course. You get an early bird discount of ?25 if you book by 1st June 2014.

    • It seems to vary. It's working fine for me today from the Maldives, but when I was in Honolulu last Christmas I couldn't get in at all.
    • Maybe you can get around there and sniff some of the bin juice residue, tell us if it smells more like Southwark or Lambeth or maybe Lewisham.
    • If the implication of the police and NCA is that these are do-nothing, cash-rich sham businesses whose purpose is to launder money, then why do they consume so much energy and can't pay the bills? 🤔 And if this crime is so prevalent and obvious, why aren't there any actual prosecutions to point to? There's heavy reliance on "supposed", "suspected" and "may be" in that BBC article that's entirely unquestioning of the police and NCA information fed to them. Makes you wonder if the police and NCA are over-egging the pudding a little bit. Makes you wonder if some vague stuff you read online last week is a really good basis to go around claiming that our neighbours in East Dulwich are criminals.
