I just wanted to recommend Mia, she is always on time and very reasonable with her prices!

I have had a few nightmare situations in salons before and much prefer a home visit. The results are better than I have received from the salons I have previously been to so I will definitely be keeping Mia as my very own beauty therapist :)

I used Mia for the first time just before going on holiday on 30 May. I contacted her last minute and she was able to fit me in. She did facial, pedi, lip/chin waxing for ?45 which included her May reduction offer, plus hand, feet, neck massage thrown in. She is very good at what she does and is a very pleasant, friendly young woman. I would recommend her and will be using her in the future.

    • It's not Thames Water's responsibility to keep Peckham Rye free of water, no. But the recent works designed to to hold water in the park: “capturing about 6 Olympic-sized swimming pools worth of surface water and releasing it very slowly”, where undertaken to stop houses from flooding. And the increased risk of houses flooding is the result of a drainage and sewage system which are in dire need of upgrading / modernising, but which Thames Water have neglected. So yes, we are paying for their under investment over many, many years. Directly - for the works to the park which seek to mitigate this underinvestment and indirectly through the loss of amenity that flows from the park being waterlogged more frequently.
    • Aria helped us out this week. He replaced ballcocks in our loft tanks. These had caused a leak whilst we were away on holiday. He also installed a new radiator. Responsive to our requirements. Communication was really good, costs reasonable.  Nice guy. Very happy to recommend.
    • Well she has resigned - so it makes a change from the weeks of denial before inevitable  but if we are digging up offences from decades ago, can we revisit Badenoch hacking an MPs account?
    • Sue, are you able to upload this guide to here?
