Knocking wall between toilet & bathroom

I own an ex council flat with tiny bathroom and separate toilet, for quite a while I have thought about knocking the wall between them which is a solid breeze block wall, it would create a reasonable size bathroom

Was wondering if anyone else has done this?

Would I need to get planning permission?

Is it worth doing?

I am on the first floor of a 4 story building

Any views ideas appreciated

  Aria helped us out this week. He replaced ballcocks in our loft tanks. These had caused a leak whilst we were away on holiday. He also installed a new radiator. Responsive to our requirements. Communication was really good, costs reasonable. Nice guy. Very happy to recommend.

  Assuming you've already done this but, would it not be more productive to ascertain what is actually being recorded? Have a chat with the concerned parties and see if you can have a look at the angles actually being captured. We have a camera but the angle isn't invasive to neighbours nor surrounding business activity so... go check it out!
