How about best regular night out, as in a theme night in a local bar / pub / eatery

For example, if somewhere does an excellent (weekly / monthly) quiz night (not that you would see me there) then that is an entry for best night out, equally if somewhere else may do a regular wine education night / curry night / Comedy / open mike / whatever night

rather then just a straight forward 'best bar' type entry

or maybe it could be a sub-category in the best bar class...

Rolo Tomasi already suggested a "best night" award.

I also like neilson99's suggestion of food categories. Personally, I cannot wait to hear the results of the "best soup" contest. We could even vote individually for best tomato soup, best chicken soup, best vegan and gluten free soup, etc.
