We've just had a lovely new carpet, and cannot recommend enough someone we found on East Dulwich forum

Jim Cox is a local fitter who previously worked at Lordship Lane carpets but has since gone independent.

He made the whole thing so easy for us - coming round at a convenient time on a Saturday morning, then dropping some samples through the post box to us, and even fitting the carpet while we were at work so we didn't have to take any time off.

On top of that, he's completely charming and lovely to deal with - which is always a bonus!

  If you don't innately know from a human perspective why it's not tasteful to ask 'what's the latest on the court case??' then I can't really explain it I guess. I suspect the family are finding the concept of the circumstances being hashed out in court and the papers quite distressing so although I'm sure they are touched by the support and outpouring of affection for Akif I don't think they want the private details to be a 'matter of local interest.' If people are desperate to keep up to date with the court case they can google it. It doesn't need to be discussed on a local forum. Just a bit of basic decorum and sensitivity really.

  Third time using Leon to do electrical work. He always keeps you informed of arrival time and is calm and so polite. He gets on with the job quickly and efficiently with no fuss. His rates are also really reasonable.He will be my go to electrician and I have no hesitation recommending him.
