First night of the Dulwich Festival- Festival of Choirs 9th May

Local favourites Note-Orious kick off the show. A community choir large in size and passion, they present a mix of pop, indie and West End songs. They are followed by The Beatroots, who formed at Oxford University in 2012. Made up of 8 friends who missed a cappella in their postgraduate lives, they love to sing their hearts out in inventive and entertaining style. Closing this terrific and diverse programme are The Mike King Collective, who combine uplifting soulful vocal performance with rich jazz harmonies, performing original arrangements of songs from the pop, R&B, gospel, soul and jazz genres.

7.30pm doors for 8.00pm start.
