LibraCarr
Hi,Not being computer wise, I have logged onto the southern train site to book tickets to Brighton, Littlehampton, Arundel and other stations within their area. Each time I have gone to the site, I have clicked on tickets and anything else that might allow me to buy a ticket from the company. Having failed on numerous occasions, I decided to telephone them to book a ticket.... Would you believe that they do not issue online tickets, you have to go to either National Rail or National Express East Coast to buy tickets! My point is why do they have a website that is supposed to be 'all singing - all dancing' a site that cannot issue tickets, take the full amount and not have to give commission to a third party for sales. Is it no wonder that train travel has increased in price!Thats it, moan over.Regards,Libra Carr.
