So, am I the only one who is having a nightmare???

Anyone got any ideas on how to get anything out of them?

Yes, just claimed my money back through the courts, details here, took about 2 weeks.

Have they gone into liquidation or something? They were a terrific web site. What a shame, the staff were so helpful.
