david_carnell
I like the fact that some people got "instructed" in religion at school whilst I was merely "educated".Neat-o. Brendan
Sounds like a bunch of liberal codswallop to me. Who taught you, communist? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4333-playground-games/page/2/#findComment-142246 Share on other sites
Tillermun
Tony - lol, indeed it is ;)Yes it was "bundle" at my school as well. Had this argument with a mate who insisted it was "pile-on", which, I agree, is rubbish."Pile on!" "No, after you..." "Pschaw! You're too kind..." And so on. bigbadwolf
We used to play sting ball. A group of kids would line up against the wall and someone (usually a few years older) would chuck a tennis ball at the group and the last person unharmed would get to chuck the ball next.Kiss chase, no description needed there.Cops and robbers.Bulldog.In secondary school when it snowed, snow ball fights were strictly banned. Ant
At primary school we played a version if 'it' (or tag, if you must) where you were only allowed to run along the lines that marked out the netball (I think) court - or is it pitch?Anyway, it was ace. Bellenden Belle
In my first year of university we had a whole term practically devoted to games (it was a drama degree what can I say?)...my favourite was vampire tag...you would chase and the first time you got caught you had to let out a piercing scream...but the second time you were caught you had to orgasm on the spot.9.30 on a Friday morning...great start to the weekend. And people say a drama degree is useless...
