Apple Mac - Entourage How to set "Out of Office"

Can anyone advise me on how to set an "out of office" message on Entourage e-mail on an Apple Mac? Redecorations means shutting down internet access for 5 - 7 days.

I have entourage at work but not at home so from memory it's an option under 'rules' from one of the pull down menus. Although if it can wait until tomorrow I might be more precise then!

I think it needs to be done through a work server

Goto "Tools", then "Out of Office". As Asset said though that will only work if your computer is left on with Entourage running, or it's a corporate mail server. Probably not the answer you want, sorry.
