Is the privatised Royal Mail still entitled to use the queen on their postage stamps, will it be off with her head? can they still call it "Royal" mail.

With the name, I don't believe the Royal Bank of Scotland (when it was private) or the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) do, so probably not.
