Jah Lush
Is that why you're leaving for Exeter? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4236-pooslowe-road/#findComment-135397 Share on other sites
Leaving for Exeter
The poo was not an explicit consideration, but I'm hoping for less poo if possible. I'll let you know how it goes when I move. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4236-pooslowe-road/#findComment-135406 Share on other sites
SeanMacGabhann
Trust me - many many parts of Exeter are riddled with the stuff as well. And swan poo down by the quaysBut best of luck in Exeter anyway - I had 6 marvellous years there Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4236-pooslowe-road/#findComment-135410 Share on other sites
Brendan
The streets of East Dulwich used to in fact be completely paved with dog poo. Over the years it has worn down to expose the raw concrete underneath with only patches of poo visible. Blame the council. Dulwich Born And Bred
Henslowe road is REALLY bad for poo but I think I know why, there is a house with lots of dogs and ermm, let's just say the people who live there don't look like they would clean up after their dogs!I hope I don't get chased down the road by them and their dogs!::o Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4236-pooslowe-road/#findComment-135415 Share on other sites
Cassius
Have fun in Exeter, one of the few places that have nice Wetherspoons pubs! Have a picnic on the Cathedral Close (if still allowed). Avoid the dreadful pizza place on the quayside. But there still is plenty of doggy doo. Leaving for Exeter
Thanks for your kind comments. Actually on a recent recce to exeter I didn't spot much dog poo but I did accidently eat some bird poo after it dropped on my knee. I mistook it for a bit of pasty gloop and snaffled it up. No ill effects though. I'll look out for the swan poo though, nice tip Sean. Moos
Is it true that if you step in swan poo, your shoes automatically belong to the Queen?I'm sure I read that somewhere. Leaving for Exeter
Isn't there some kind of spray you can get to turn the poo rock solid? If not, can someone invent one? Then you could just kick 'em under the nearest 4x4 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4236-pooslowe-road/#findComment-135439 Share on other sites

Cassius
I rang the council when the most gi-normous poo was left at the end of my path to my house - they came and removed. snorky
mix laxitives with mince beef and place on pathA lesson learned the hard wayAxminster and liquid dog poo isnt much funAny dog owner with sense would not let their hound scoff meat off the street, a rubbish one would picture a venn diagram of rubbish dog owners against people who dont bother to clean up their dog eggs & that shaded area is your target market Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4236-pooslowe-road/#findComment-135464 Share on other sites
