Have been meaning to post as this fairly new business is a welcome addition to the strip. Very friendly and efficient and they tell you beforehand if an item needs special treatment rather than ruin it (unlike some unmentionables!). Recommended.

  Thanks to everyone who recommended Paul. He came to my rescure when my first floor shower / wet room started leaking. The leak was coming from between the tiled floor and the top of the drain. Paul first asked me to send him photos, then talked the problem through with me and, although he was willing to come out and fix the leak, he suggested I save the money by fixing it myself and told me what to do. It worked brilliantly. Paul was amazingly kind and is now number one on my contacts list should I ever have other tiling problems.
