lozzyloz
Great road and perfect if you have a family. Close to Dulwich Park. Library, Plough Pub and ED at one end and The Dog Pub and the Village at the other end. Catchment for Dulwich Hamlets Infants, Dulwich Village Junior and Charter Secondary plus all the private schools. House prices for an Edwardian 5 bed have dipped to under ?1m in a few cases. EDOldie
It's a lovely road and very quiet, I've lived in the road (but not the same house) for over twenty five years. snorky
Scools and suchlike are so '90'sI would spend some time looking at which street gang your blood can get into innit I would heartily recomend the Uptown Dulwich criminals for possible entry - they are local to Woodwarde ( or Edward as we refer to to it ) & seem a decent bunch of itinerant yoofThe Brockley Boyz are pussies by all accounts- avoid Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4221-woodwarde-road-nice/#findComment-134609 Share on other sites

SteveT
It has a higher than average number of speed bumps per yard and they are bigger than most. It is a useful cut through to dul' village too. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4221-woodwarde-road-nice/#findComment-134628 Share on other sites
