lurkey-14
Hi Everyone,I was wondering if someone could offer me a bit of advice regarding costs of nanny share. We're expecting twins this summer and from what I understand, and from the reading I've done thus far, a nanny share seems like a feasible solution to help with the costs associated with child care when I go back to work. #Does anyone know what I could expect to pay for a nanny share for twins? Thanks so much,Emms Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/42018-costs-of-nanny-share/ Share on other sites
etta166
It's hard to say, because it always depends on the share contract between the two families. Nanny share nannies usually get between ?12 and ?14 net per hour (so roughly you have to bay about one third extra in tax and NI as the employers). How that gets split up is up to the families. It is generally half each, but not always. You might also struggle to find a nanny who wants to take on twins and another child/children in a nanny share, because that it a lot of work for one adult.
