Please can someone open a B&B :)

Someone, anyone... Please could an entrepreneur open an affordable bed and breakfast or hotel!

I'm amazed nobody has done this, I know we have Lilac Door (lovely but pricey) or at the other extreme ED hotel which I'm tempted to graffiti an "s" after the "o" on the sign ;)

We are getting new schools, hopefully a cinema, soft play... Now all this area needs is more places to stay

That someone will need far more than a million pounds now if they are buying a house for it! We've often thought it would be a fabulously good business round here as there's such demand, but the capital investment is way beyond most people.

Yes, I was also going to suggest air bnb. Brilliant idea and you're bound to find one close by. We are using it for the second time now after really good experiences first time round.
