I have yet to experience the new P13 interior, er, experience. As soon as I do, I'll post a report. Perhaps it will have a motor that sounds like a bus engine rather than a consumptive hairdryer.

I love the P13, it is so irregular in its times if it comes when I haven't been waiting long it makes me happy. I might even get a P13 tatoo.

They sometimes use other bus 'styles' on the route - I always imagine it's when one has disappeared into some strange fold in time along the Old Kent Road and they have to call a back up bus out of the garage. It's always a nice change, but never seems to be permanent.

It has always concerned me greatly that, for those of us living near the CPT, this bus heads EAST on the way to Streatham and WEST on the way to New Cross, completely counter-intuitively.. As a result, I have never deemed myself brave enough to trust it..

I needed to get a P13 this morning as I had a parcel to pick up at the Silvester Road post office and because it decided to turn up four minutes early I bloody well missed the damned thing by 30 seconds and had to walk the length of Underhill. Bah!
