Lebanums
I've been going to the gym for 4 years since it was done up, always spottles & friendly staff, have never had any problems getting into classes...only when I have left it to the last minute.I've also been to most classes, find yoga & pilates etc quite good, they vary the routines unlike, body blast, body combat etc...they are still doing the same boring routine as when I joined 4 years ago, if they were to change up the routines every now & again I would have no complaints. I have given them some feedback via the website but have had no response. Cassius
I think with Body Blast, Body Combat and the like the gym instructors have to teach certain routines and have no flexibility and have to go on courses to update to the latest versions. This can be very expensive (or I've been told) so many instructors just keep on teaching the last version they are actually entitled to teach. Not very satisfactory I agree. Andy-B
I use gyms a lot and I agree with the majority here, Dulwich is good.Is it "crowded"? Well, it's like the trains - it's busier at peak as all gyms are. It's also at its busiest in January and Feb, for obvious New Year reasons. Is there a "problem" with bookng? The classes exist and they're often full so a lot of people don't have a problem. It's really about planning ahead and booking online. If you have one, I'd suggest setting up reminders on your smartphone. If the biggest problem Dulwich has is its popularity, things could be worse.
