Good handyman Needed To Remedy Doorhandles That Don't Work Properly

Apparently this is not as simple a job as it seems....something to do with whether the handle is sprung/unsprung, as well as to do with the mechanism inside the door. Has anyone had someone round to do this, and could you recommend that person please?

  This is a link to video of cat being stolen in tooting. There was another cat stolen from mitcham around 11th Nov and was found in streatham. Please share this as someone must know the thing that stole her.
