hellosailor
Just wanted to put up a recommendation for A Piece of Cake (it's a cafe that is in the shop that used to be occupied by the other branch of William Rose on East D Grove). Eugene and his wife are extremely welcoming, they have good coffee, a good selection of cakes every day and I haven't found a better croissant in ED! Baked potatoes and baguettes are considerably cheaper than you would find on LL, all in all, it's a bit of a gem. They of course don't get anything like the passing trade that the cafes on LL get so I wanted to say, it's there! And it's a goody.
