Recommended venue in ED for a product launch

Can anyone recommend a free venue in ED for around 30 people for a couple of hours on a Wednesday 10am - 1pm to launch an organic skincare range? We will be giving free mini facials and mineral make-up demonstrations.

Upstairs at the clockhouse? Not my favourite pub, but it feels suitably 'clinical' and is the right size.
