Has anyone used the Post office phone line package service?

This looks good for a phone call package ?17.75 pcm( no broadband) with free calls to Mobiles and International at weekends. Can anyone give me an idea on how good the support service is?

My father uses the post office phone service and found it ok. He calls Italy most days, and thinks the support service is fine.

Have got PO phone line, switched from BT, is cheaper and just the same, however if any faults did happen you are relient on PO contacting BT to do repairs to the line.

I think its about ?7.50 less a month- and free calls to mobiles at weekends . Just wondering about the catch- but BT charging for caller display now is the tipping point for me.
