Hello, I'm Charlotte and I am a personal trainer operating in Dulwich and the surrounding areas.

I offer mobile bespoke personal training for women to suit your time and budget. So, if you have young children, a busy schedule and fitness always seems to get left on the back burner - I have the perfect solution for you!

Sessions last an hour and prices start at ?22.40 p/h for individual training and ?13.60 per person p/h if you are training with a friend. I also train with small groups so please just ask if you have any special requirements!

  As a note of recommendation, I did this course in Rye Oak Centre, Peckham and gained so much from it. Was such a lovely, supportive group.
