I'm a gardener and when I had a back injury I did Pilates with Anne for 6 months and haven't been injured again yet (fingers crossed). She also does PT.

I go to Chloe at CC Pilates..and have been going for over a year.

My osteopath recommended Pilates due to recurring back problems and since I've been to Chloe's class I haven't had to visit the osteopath once which is amazing!

She's a trained ballet dancer and very attentive and through...I don't know if she does 1to1 but heres her details
