Empty / Underused buildings

Does anyone know of any large empty / underused buildings in East Dulwioh / Peckham Rye area. Looking for a space for a short term community arts project in the area and hoping to find someone willing to donate the space for minimal/no rent....

Any suggestions gratefully received !
