The decisions in relation to Cleaner, Greener, Safer and the Community Council Fund were presented at Community Council on Wednesday Evening. As usual there were many good applications, and commiserations to those of you who were unsuccessful this year, it is worth reapplying next time. Thank you to all of you who took the time and effort to put in applications, many congratulations to all of you who have been awarded funding.

Hello to all I am a resident of mundania road I am also the one who worked so hard for this garden project to happen with the help of my lovely housing officer I have lived on mundania road since 1997 we have a communal garden at the back of the flats which has been neglected. And people were dumping stuff there and the foxes have made home its a real eyesore at the moment and has been this way for years I am sooooo happy and actually speechless words can't explain can't wait for the works to begin at long last the residents will have some were to relax and enjoy with our children to play in the summer also to plant fruit and veg which I am very much into thank you once again. I have lived here for 17 years and love this area so much thank My name is Colette

    • As a result of the Horizon scandal it now seems very clear that the Post Office management are highly disingenuous and not be trusted!  There needs to be a campaign launched to challenge the threatened closure, unless the Post Office can demonstrate beyond doubt that the branch is loss making - and even then it could argued that better management could address this. I hope the local media take this up and our MP  and a few demonstrations outside wouldn’t do any harm. Bad publicity can be very effective!
    • Unlikely. It would take a little more than a bit of Milton to alter the pH of eighty-odd thousand gallons of water.
    • It actually feels as though what I said is being analytically analysed word by word, almost letter by better. I really don't believe that I should have to explain myself to the level it seems someone wants me to. Clearly someones been watching way too much Big Brother.
    • Sadly they don't do the full range of post office services
