New Mum and Baby Post Natal Pilates

If you are looking at starting some exercise again post pregnancy and delivery, this class will address all the common physical issues faced after having a baby. Weakened pelvic floor, stretched tummy muscles, poor posture and the dreaded jelly belly! Whether you?ve had a caesarean or natural delivery, this class will facilitate the recovery process helping you to feel strong again with improved muscle tone and well being. Pre-crawling babies are welcome too!



This course will include a Jelly Belly kit bag with some exercise cards and equipment to practice at home. The first class will be 1.5 hrs where Helena will be chatting to everyone about the ups and downs of being a mum and giving some helpful advice. (30 min chat and 1hr Pilates).
