Ian has just come to my rescue & done an amazing job getting some

decorating done in super fast time & to a very high standard.

I really can't recommend him highly enough.

  Presumably Social services or similar will turn up at the right house/flat and wonder why no keysafe. And then contact the contractor. Who will swear blind they went to the right house. Or something along these lines.
