PAT testing, electrician recommendations

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew of or could recommend an electrician that does PAT testing for electrical appliances for rental properties?

We only need it for one hoover, it was missed out in out electrical check at the beginning of the tenancy.

I know that it is really unusual for only one appliance but I would be very grateful for any help.
