We are having a joint birthday party for 2 four year olds in March on a Sunday 11-1.

We are looking for a pub, or similar with a private room for an entertainer, with about 30 children.

Also somewhere that will do hot food.

Any thoughts?? Thanks !

( tried EDT but already booked )

Not sure on venues so not actually answering your question, but if it's any help: if you've not yet booked your entertainer I can highly recommend Lucy Sparkles. We had her for our daughter's fourth birthday party yesterday and she was excellent - she kept twelve girls and boys absolutely captivated and enthusiastically taking part for a very energetic and fun 45 minutes of singing, dancing and drama. She was also reasonably priced and very easy to deal with in making the arrangements. My daughter has already asked for her to come back next year!
I walked past The Nunhead Corner on the way to the fishmongers yesterday - it appeared to now be a crafty place that does child's parties. No more idea than that (does anyone else?) but might be worth investigating... Looked a great space.

If you wanted to have it on a Saturday instead of a Sunday...

St Clement with St Peter?s church hall is available to hire for children?s parties (for ages 7 and under) every Saturday afternoon, 2-5pm.

It?s a large, light space with plenty of room for running around (or even a small/medium bouncy castle) and it has its own kitchen plus tables and chairs. There?s also parking available. The cost is ?100.

We?re located between Friern Road and Barry Road (opposite the entrance to Silvester Road).

    • Might it be more respectful to refrain from asking this on a local forum which his family are on as if it's merely akin to casually asking if anyone has heard what's happening with the empty shop space next to Oliver Bonas or if anyone knows which dentists are taking on new patients? Christ. Google it if you're that interested. They are a real family and this isn't a Reddit discussion on a true crime documentary. Extraordinary
