General builder

I have a small patch of damp adjacent to a first floor window running down the vertical. It looks like water penetration. I emailed Ralph Burkinshaw who is a damp specialist recommended on the forum but he has said that it sounds a bit too minor for him to survey. Can anyone recommend a general builder who could come and take a look and quote for some remedial works?
