It has appeared in Locationx3 and now I hear that an Independent Estate Agent is setting up shop soon AND a new Branch of Rye Books, along Evelina Road.

And the new locksmith/cobbler - his new shop is full of welcome cards many from the other shops along Evelina Road. Now that's neighbourliness! Oh, and it's his birthday today (4th Feb!).

There has been money awarded to make the buildings along there smarter; doing them up a bit.

This work has been a long time promised, but it is here and being spent.

When finished - and with nice new shops opening - that village is going to be even lovelier.

And to think it hasn't even got its own postcode.

Can't praise Krystal pharmacy on Evelina Road/Nunhead Lane enough, always have had great service and they go the extra mile.
