Can anyone recommend a local surveyour please?

Hello I was wondering whether anyone could recommend a surveyour? I have a freehold flat in a Victorian house which has a large basement that the leaseholder who lives on the ground floor would like to purchase at the same time when he purchases the share of freehold. I need to value the basement and would appreciate any tips for good local surveyours. Please pm me if you know of one. Many thanks,
