Geez shows how you can get the wrong idea whilst I was there yesterday paying for petrol when that black car swerved into the garage, screeching tyres and the guy working there raised the alarm saying 'not again'... I legged it out of there so fast hearing sirens all over the place, assuming the two things were part of the same, assuming they were related incidents, and now find out I was unduly freaked out whilst the car at the front had been smashed before then. There was me worried I'd have my number plate picked up on CCTV and be contacted for evidence. Pretty funny now I look back on it! That said, shootings and gang crimes do happen around that area so no wonder we can get paranoid. Not to be laughed at.
How is it possible this car STILL hasn't been removed. It's an incredibly dangerous eyesore and forces pedestrians into the petrol station forecourt where cars aren't expecting them. What possible public good is there in having it remain there? It's hardly being preserved for evidence..
I had a near miss with a car that pulled out suddenly from the station from behind the car...it's hard to see oncoming traffic as you pull out, I was slowing down anyway as I approached as he pulled out...he didn't see me until last minute, luckily i could see him first and was able to brake...someones going to have a prang soon though.

    • As a result of the Horizon scandal it now seems very clear that the Post Office management are highly disingenuous and not be trusted!  There needs to be a campaign launched to challenge the threatened closure, unless the Post Office can demonstrate beyond doubt that the branch is loss making - and even then it could argued that better management could address this. I hope the local media take this up and our MP  and a few demonstrations outside wouldn’t do any harm. Bad publicity can be very effective!
    • Unlikely. It would take a little more than a bit of Milton to alter the pH of eighty-odd thousand gallons of water.
    • It actually feels as though what I said is being analytically analysed word by word, almost letter by better. I really don't believe that I should have to explain myself to the level it seems someone wants me to. Clearly someones been watching way too much Big Brother.
    • Sadly they don't do the full range of post office services
