Hello new mums! Do you live in Dulwich? Are you finding the first few weeks or months of motherhood a bit tough? If so, we've got the perfect solution! We're offering FREE group singing sessions for mums with babies aged 0 - 9 months at Dulwich Wood Children's Centre from Friday 31st January. Breathe Melodies for Mums has been designed to energise and uplift new mothers. Maybe you're feeling a bit anxious or stressed, maybe you're struggling to connect with your little one, or maybe those baby blues are stretching on for longer than they should. Either way we're here to help. We're a bit different than the average mother and baby group - while your baby will love the sessions, we're all about making YOU feel amazing! Our group singing sessions have been scientifically proven to boost your mood, reduce anxiety, and help you connect with your baby. We take a unique and empowering approach, that puts mums at the heart, working with professional singing leads, and singing songs from round the world. The 10-week course runs Friday 31st Jan to Friday 4th April (10.30am to 11.30am OR 12.15pm to 1.15pm) at Dulwich Wood Children's Centre, Lyall Ave, London SE21 8QS.
