chichirara
Mr Chi and Master Chi were at a loss, as the Magdela is closed. So Monday night they went to the FHT to watch football. They say its good. Two sceens and they let in, children which is good for them. My son is 13. Any other suggestions? SeanMacGabhann
Morning chichi - a similar discussion has been had on the Magdala threadSport in ED - where? The times I have seen sport in FHT they didn't bother with the sound and had music playing over the speakers - which is my LEAST favourite way to watch sport. CPT is best bet for me at the mo. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4058-where-to-watch-sport-now/#findComment-129130 Share on other sites
linzkg
a conversation we find ourselves having time and time again. Though EDT isn't too bad - they've got a screen in the front of the bar and now got a second big screen in the back - and manage to show 2 different channels. EDT isn't good for kids though i wouldn't think .. jhillm
I would try Hoopers Bar on Ivanhoe Road, two plasma screens for all Setanta games, is family friendly and do great food and drink. Also you should be able to grab a seat! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4058-where-to-watch-sport-now/#findComment-129227 Share on other sites

Keef
I dunno, home is okay, but unless there are a few of you and lots of cans, it just doesn't have the atmosphere. Peckhamgatecrasher
Trouble with watching at EDT is that trying to listen to commentary over the noise of the music is a bit trying. Not cricket, what? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/4058-where-to-watch-sport-now/#findComment-130191 Share on other sites
