HelBel65 Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 This thread has been pointlessly catapulted back to the top, so as one of the voices with a positive experience of Hamish, I'd say his apology looks pretty clear "I apologise again to Alex for the inconvenience caused. As explained I was ill in bed for three days and lost my voice. Despite this I should have informed you in advance as I did for a majority of my customers but you were unfortunately missed." So, Alex, when you say "losing his voice shouldn't have kept him from sending an email" you are missing the point. He missed you out. A mistake. What more is there to say?
