Assistant chef required for growing local catering company

Hi all

I am looking for an assistant chef/s to help out on a regular basis on various events across London. I have a small but growing catering company based in East Dulwich and I have just secured a contract to do regular weekly lunch meals for a media business in Shoreditch for which I require extra chef help with. I also have a number of events coming up (canape functions and private dining) which I need additional chef support for.
